I really enjoyed Synapse. As a navy nuclear trained electronic technician I must tell you that overheating opens not short circuits components. Everything else electronic was correct. The liver is not on the side but below sternum near the heart. You made Rodriguez very powerful without giving us good reasons to believe he could play double agent at the top of a divided terrorist group. His character needed some development for me to buy in.
Great story and very timely. I do not think this AI timeline is too far off.
